who we are
Performance Elevation was founded by Laini Miller. Laini has the following unique combination which enables her to provide high impact and enduring solutions to business performance: • qualified organisational psychologist; • expertise in human resources, in particular, leadership assessment and development, through her experience at The Hay Group (in both Sydney and London) and The Commonwealth Bank of Australia; and • 15 years experience in business and business coaching working across two diverse cultures (Australia - 8 years and the UK – 7 years) and a range of industries across the private and public sectors.
